SHARLA'S UPDATES

Personal Training: 2 Times this week
Cardio:
Lots & lots of cardio! Classes Sharla enjoys include: Zumba, Steps & Reps & BodyPump.

Strength:
Working with Free Weights. Chest fly, skull crushers, butt kicks, swiss
ball squats are just a few moves added to her routine.

 

SHARLA'S JOURNAL

aUGUST 19TH:  
I made it through Zumba class. I'm not good at it but I did get the entire class in.
Must have worked hard because I hurt everywhere!
August 24rd:
I think I may have done better with my food today but so much water is a big change for me.
BodyPump class was a tough class but I stuck with the entire class. I will want to take it again because it is a good workout.
August 25th:
I'm starting to lose a few pounds. I am counting calories as well as proteins which is difficult for me since I'm not a label reader.
I have to learn to be and that's a big adjustment. I am very excited about being in this program; I think it's just what the doctor ordered!
September 1st:
Another good workout day. I'm in a very good frame of mind & I know that exercising regularly is playing a part in that.
September 8th:
I'The amount of food I'm eating now is very satisfying but I can't seem to work in more water!
October 11th:
The results I'm seeing with this is becoming very apparent to me & others who know me now! I am so excited about that!
I'm wearing jeans that I wasn't ablet o wear last winter! That fabulous. And another thing...I'm having to pack away pants
& even top s that are too large for me. It's wonderful. It certainly adds t o your confidence level that for sure.
