  • CARDIO DANCE BLASTA hot sweaty dance party with a mixture of all styles of music and dance moves.Wednesday: 9:15am with Live Instructor 9:15 am to 10:00 am

  • YOGA WITH WEIGHTSLight weights, small balls, resistance bands and yoga combined to gain balance along with strength for a total body workout. with Live Instructor 10:15 am to 11:15 am

  • CROSS TRAININGThis is a basic intro to cross training and Fit Ranx. Gain strength, endurance and increase metabolism while learning to train effectively. Class Times Tuesday: 6:00am Wednesday: 5:30pm Saturday: 10:30am with Live Instructor 9:30 am to 10:30 am
