  • ZUMBA GOLDIncrease range of motion and flexibility while strengthening muscles and bone health with the rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and show tunes. Tuesday & Thursday at 10:30am   with Live Instructor 10:30 am to 11:15 am
  • STRONG by ZumbaSTRONG by Zumba combines high intensity interval training with music motivation to push all fitness levels past their perceived limits to reach fitness goals. You will work every muscle, feel the after burn & get stronger faster. with Live Instructor 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
  • YOGA with Live Instructor 5:45 pm to 6:30 pm

  • SPIN with Live Instructor 5:30 am to 6:15 am
  • CARDIO DANCE BLASTA hot sweaty dance party with a mixture of all styles of music and dance moves.Wednesday: 9:15am with Live Instructor 9:15 am to 10:00 am

  • YOGA WITH WEIGHTSLight weights, small balls, resistance bands and yoga combined to gain balance along with strength for a total body workout. with Live Instructor 10:15 am to 11:15 am
  • SILVER SNEAKERSThis senior adult class works on range of motion, flexibility, balance and strength improvement.Monday 11:15am & Wednesday 11:15am with Live Instructor 11:15 am to 12:00 pm
  • FREE CROSS TRAININGThis is a basic intro to cross training and Fit Ranx. Gain strength, endurance and increase metabolism while learning to train effectively. Class Times Tuesday: 6:00am Wednesday: 5:30pm Saturday: 10:30am with Live Instructor 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
